    Dear Kalidas, Its a government court and they dont have a phone number they have a membership fee of INR 100 - 120 per month, you need to pay it in the chennai corporation office or you can meet the officially appointed person in the court after 8:00 AM... but he will not be coming regularly..

    I called the numbers given for Southern Chennai Badminton Club, Nanganallur. But it seems the first one is not active at present. The second numbr is not reachable. When I went to the place to see the court directly, I found that 4 people are sitting and drinking near the court!!!!!! Don't know whether 8:30PM is not the right time to visit the court.
